What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fanatic Distribution. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Please note that electrical items has no refund/exchange policy due to their fragile nature. Courier fees on returning goods will be made on buyers own expense.

Orders R800 and above are subject to FREE delivery. If your order is below this amount, please note that you will be charged with courier fee based on your area.
